'centres.agora-erp.com', 'customers.agora-erp.com', 'students.agora-erp.com' and 'teachers.agora-erp.com' (from now onaGora.connect or Service') are a meeting point between entities within the scope of training and its employees, customers and/or students. KHERIAN provides access to information related to the training centres for employees, customers and/or students and, in general, for contents and services related to the training sector (hereinafter, "contents").



USE OF THE WEBSITE

The access and/or use of the portals of aGora.connect attributes the condition of USER .


While browsing or using the tools and services offered by KHERIAN, the User agrees to comply with the legal terms of service and Privacy Policy.


The User undertakes to make appropriate use of the contents and services offered by the training centres through the websites of aGora.connect and by way of example but not limited to, not to use them to (i) engage in illegal or contrary to good faith activities; (ii) cause damage to the physical and logical systems of KHERIAN, Training Centres or Users; (iii) attempt to access and use them, where applicable, use other Users' email accounts and modify or manipulate their messages or registration data.

The Training Centers customers of KHERIAN (hereinafter Customer or Customers), their Users and the linked accounts Users may publish or store Content on third party or Kherian websites made available to them through this Service. Customer shall have the possibility to publish or provide materials (such as comments) that are part of the Service in a publicly accessible area that allow the Customer to communicate with others. In this case, the terms of use associated with the websites where public access is made available for the Customer to share Content, shall apply to the use made by the Customer. The Customer acknowledges that it may be necessary certain technical processing to publish Content to store and retrieve Content, meet the technical requirements of the connection networks or comply with the limitations of the Service.


The Service may contain links to third-party websites. These third-party websites are not under KHERIAN’s control. If KHERIAN has included these links in the Service, it provides them as a convenience only. KHERIAN shall not be responsible or liable for the deletion, correction, destruction, damage, loss or failure to store any Content that Customer uses with the Service.
